Why are your prices so low?
Our family owned jewelry factory was established nearly 30 years ago, specializing in producing high quality jewelry in gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals. We have continued to hone our services during the years, adding to our expertise in all technical aspects, as we have added computerized customization to our production line. Our close cooperation with members of the Diamond Exchanges worldwide means we have direct line buying power, and since we do not have salespeople we can offer you very competitive pricing.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please check the list under which drops down when you place your order and fill in your shipping information. This information may change periodically.
 
Are any of your diamonds or gemstones synthetic?
No! We do not sell fake, simulated, Swarovski, zircon or glass! All of our diamonds are 100% natural and genuine. All our gemstones are natural where it is stated NATURAL otherwise we may use lab created rough stones which are then cut by our factory according to your order. All are tested with the most advanced technology before setting them into your jewelry.
 
What is the fastest way to find a particular item?
You can use a keyword in our Advance Search on the top of each page. You can also use our left-side menus to shop by Product, Specials, etc.
 
Are your product details accurate?
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of all product data. We correct any known errors as soon as we become aware of them. Due to market conditions and gemstone availability, some slight variance in the measurements of product details is to be expected. Also, colors may appear differently depending on the computer screen being used, and product images are not-to-scale. Please note that we are not able to honor erroneous prices. Thank you for your understanding.
 
Can I cancel my order?
After you have clicked on “Confirm” “Send My Order”, your order begins to process, and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call or email our Customer Service Specialist.
 
Are your diamonds conflict free?
We never deal with conflict diamonds and do not trade with or support countries (or organizations) that are hostile to western countries or citizens.
 
What if I can't remember my password?
If you want to login and can't remember your password, click on the Login link choose Forgotten Password. Enter the email address used to register the account, and click the submit button. The system remembers your password and sends it to the email address.
 
How do I unsubscribe from Chains Linker Emails?
It's easy. Click on the Login and then use the link to My Account. Scroll down and uncheck the subscription for Newsletter.
 
How do I place an order?
To place an order, follow these steps: 

        1.    Place your desired item in your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. 
        2.    When ready to checkout, click on the `Checkout’ button. 
        3.    Login (Registered Customers) OR Sign Up (New Customers). 
        4.    Enter billing and shipping information (For new customers). 
        5.    Review your shopping bag information and choose your payment option. 
        6.    Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to place your order. 
        7.    An email confirmation will be sent to your email address.
 
Order Confirmation
Below are the steps as they occur after your order is received and processed.

Includes your order number, order description and your billing and shipping address. 

Shipping Confirmation Email : 

Includes shipping information, shipping method and your order tracking number. 

Important Notice about your Order 

You will only receive this email under certain circumstances : 

        •    Difficulty in processing your order 
        •    Inability to ship to the address provided 
        •    Cancellation of order 
        •    Order placed is out of stock
 
Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been given to our shipper it is in their system, and it is impossible to make changes. If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, you must return the item for a refund per our Return & Exchange Policy.
 
Track Your Order
Login to your account and in `My Account` scroll down to `My Orders`. If you need assistance, email us your Shipping Details and we will be able to track your latest shipment information.

Credit card orders may also be placed by phone, fax, email or via Skype. We will require a proof of ownership of the card used, proof of ID & a proof of address to be scanned and emailed or faxed to our office. For larger purchases, you may wish to notify your banking institution of your intent to make an overseas purchase which can expedite the procedure. 

PayPal 

Chains Linker accepts PayPal payments from most countries but as a fraud protection measure, all PayPal accounts must be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. 

Products will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address, which is the billing address on file with your credit card company. If you would like to ship to a different address, PayPal does provide the option of having an Alternate Address Confirmed. For more information on this, please see the PayPal site for your country. 

Please understand that if PayPal does not have your desired shipping address confirmed, we cannot ship to that address. This is in compliance with PayPal's Buyer/Seller protection policies. 

Bank Transfer 

Our preferred method - Guarantees fast delivery; call or email us for wire transfer details 

Checks / Cheques 

We gladly accept checks or money orders if deposited by the customer to our bank account and the funds are frozen by the bank, and guaranteed to be available within 4 business days. Orders cannot ship until checks have cleared. We will asses a charge of not less than $20.00 and not more than $35.00 US for any returned check as our bank will not waive these fees. Please allow 10 days for processing after check is received. 

Merchandise can be held for a maximum of 5 business days pending receipt of check after order has been placed. 

International Orders 

We always welcome international customers; however each country bears different considerations and fees. Unfortunately, because of custom challenges we are not able to ship securely to all destinations. 

International customers will receive an email with information pertaining to their specific order. Please be aware that it is not always possible for us to get accurate information regarding duties and other customs fees assessed by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully understand all the costs assessed by their own governments. 

All international orders over $1,000 must be paid by wire transfer. Orders under $1,000 may be paid with credit cards or PayPal.
 
Sales Tax
Enjoy shopping with us without paying any sales tax. This is another way you are saving by shopping at Chains Linker.
 
Backorders / Discontinued Items
Due to the volume of items sold each day, an item may become unavailable. This is rare, but if it occurs, you will be notified by our Customers Service via email. Please note that your credit card is not charged unless your order is available. To find out the availability of a product please Contact Us
 
Credit Card Declined
If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your credit card, please check with your card issuing bank. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.

ChainsLinker.com is pleased to offer a Layaway Plan, which allows you to pay for your purchase over a period of 90 days without accruing interest charges or price increases. There is no minimum purchase requirement for using our Layaway Program. An initial deposit of 15% of the purchase price is required at the time of the order. Once your initial deposit is received, the jewelry will be reserved for you. Layaway orders are final and non-refundable. 

Layaway items can be exchanged for any item of equal or greater value. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges. Layaway orders are non-transferable between customers. 

You are welcome to make as many payments as you like, and in increments that suit your needs. You may pay off your layaway any time before the due date. We accept all major Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and others). We do not accept PayPal for layaways. For every payment you send, you will receive a detailed invoice via e-mail showing the new balance and payment. 

Once the remaining balance of the layaway plan is paid in full, your item will be shipped and a final invoice will be issued. 

If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the 90-day layaway period, you will forfeit all payments you have made to Chains Linker. In the event of nonpayment or cancellation, all previous payments, regardless of time frame or reason, will be forfeited.

INDEPENDENT JEWELRY APPRAISAL
Every item of fine jewelry we sell comes with a complimentary IDL certificate, hallmarked with the IDL trademark authenticity symbol, certifying that your item has been subjected to strict quality control standards. 

 
Order Processing for Delivery
When you the customer makes a selection each piece of our jewelry is made to order by our manufacturing facility. Since we then select only the best gems and diamonds for each piece as ordered, please allow 2 to 10 working days for the item(s) to be dispatched. We offer virtually all of our products in your choice of White, Yellow, or Rose/Pink Gold, in 21k, 18k, or 14k. We also will make most pieces in Platinum or Palladium, or custom manufacture based on your design. For more specifics contact the help center and ask about Expressly Yours ™ services. 

Orders placed during the week will be processed on the following business day, and orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. Customizing requests, such as resizing or engraving, will also add an additional day prior to shipping.
 
Shipping Methods
We offer a FREE Standard Delivery to most US States and European countries. All jewelry with the value of $250 or less will be sent via International Mail / Signature required, so please allow 5-10 working days for receipt of your purchase. All jewelry with the value of $250 or more will be automatically shipped with UPS, DHL or D2D so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

We only use traceable services, so your parcel will have a tracking number. If you wish us to ship your jewelry any other way please Contact Us

Note: Select International shipping costs may vary and customers are responsible for any import duties.
 
Shipping Address & Signature
As a fraud protection measure Chains Linker will ship your jewelry only to the billing address that is associated with your credit card. Alternatively, you can contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your card account. 

All shipments require adult signature for delivery. This is for our mutual protection. Please understand that if a third party at your shipping address signs for the package in your name, Chains Linker cannot be responsible for claims of lost, missing, or damaged goods. If signing in person is impractical for you, we suggest that you make arrangements with the carrier local depot to pick it up there at your convenience.
 
Undeliverable or Correction of Shipping Address Items
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. A re-shipping fee may be assessed for any address correction if the item is already in transit. Please understand we do not charge these fees, they are outside of our system and hence we cannot negotiate on this service. We therefore ask you to double check your shipping instructions. 

Shipments may be undeliverable due to : 

        •    Incorrect addresses 
        •    Recipient refusing to accept the shipment 
        •    Recipient refusing to pay custom duties and taxes 
        •    Recipient's place of business is closed 
        •    No appropriate person was available to accept the shipment at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts 

In such case, customers are responsible for any return charges and fees incurred by Chains Linker including, but not limited to duties, taxes, ancillary clearance fees and storage fees, if applicable.
 
Package Refusal
We strongly discourage customers from refusing their packages, as it will ultimately cost more than following our Return Procedures. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and Contact Us to start a return. 

For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).
 
Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, we will start a tracer with the shipping company, which can take up to 14 business day to process. If the package is found in that period of time and returned to us, we can then reship your order. 

However, if instead you wish to initiate a new purchase and have us recharge your credit card, we will be happy to do so. If the results from tracing your original package later indicate that you are due a refund, we will process it immediately. 

Shipping Insurance is available via Square Trade 
 
30-day Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days of the date you receive your item. If for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations please contact our customer service department. 

Return Policy: Our simple return policy makes it very easy to return an item. Simply follow the instructions below: 1. Return Authorization Number (RMA): email us at Sales@ChainsLinker.com or call us at +44 (0) 20 8144 3773 to let us know that you would like to return your item. We will give you an RMA number. Write the RMA number in the original invoice that we have sent you. Returns will not be accepted without this number. 2. Package Your Return: Safely package the item you are returning, and include all original packaging, the invoice, and collateral material. For security reasons do not write jewelry, diamonds, etc. on the box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. 3. Insure your Package: Insuring your package is extremely important. Please also make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order, and email it to us. 4. Refund: Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval we will issue a refund within 3-7 working days in the original payment method. Details: •All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. •Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. •Free gifts that were included in the purchase must also be returned. •Diamonds, and other items that included an IDL Certificate, must be returned with the original Certificate. If the certificate is not included we must deduct $150 per certificate, from the amount being refunded. •Engraved items are non-refundable •Special and custom made orders are not refundable •Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of the day the item was purchased. •Gift Cards are not returnable. •Although we do offer free shipping, we do incur the cost of shipping for every order therefore, we do not refund our shipping cost. Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. We will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment. 

Custom/special orders include any items that are not in standard stock of Chains Linker.
 
60-day Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your jewelry for another of equal or higher value. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your item within 60 days of the date you receive your item. 

All jewelry must be returned in their original packaging and condition: unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Goods damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping to and from Chains Linker. 

* Custom/special orders are not eligible for returns. 

Custom/special orders include any items that are not in standard stock of Chains Linker.
 
120-Day Warranty

Chains Linker is committed to provide our customers with the finest quality jewelry and the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We are pleased to offer a 120-day warranty on all our jewelry. 

The 120-day warranty covers the following repairs and services : 

        •    Replacement of lost or chipped gemstones and diamonds 
        •    Stone tightening 
        •    Diamond Enhancements 
        •    Chain & bracelet soldering 
        •    Repair of any prong or damaged mounting 
        •    Re-tipping or smoothing of prongs 
        •    Replacement of damaged earring backs 
        •    Repair of clasp on chains or bracelets 
        •    Repair of damaged shank 
        •    Cultured pearl restringing 

The 120-day Warranty does not cover jewelry that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Chains Linker or its authorized service affiliates. This warranty excludes coverage for jewelry that has been damaged as a result of abusive treatment other than normal wear. This plan does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, or loss of merchandise or stones. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from Chains Linker.
 
1-Year Extended Warranty

Chains Linker is committed to providing our customers with the finest quality jewelry, and the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We are therefore pleased to offer this one-year Extended Warranty Protection Plan. We take great pride in our jewelry and in providing outstanding repair service, performed by our own factory. 

The Extended Warranty Protection Plan guarantees any necessary repair for your fine jewelry purchase, assuming normal use and conditions. To keep your jewelry as beautiful as the day you first wore it, we will inspect, clean and refinish your jewelry upon request at no charge. 

The Extended Warranty Protection Plan must be purchased within 30 days of your jewelry purchase. The term of the Plan begins 120 days from the initial purchase date (at the end of your free 120-day Warranty) and it is not renewable. You may also cancel the Extended Warranty for a full refund within 30 day of purchasing the plan.

This plan also does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, or loss of merchandise. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from Chains Linker.

Free Jewelry Engraving
Your jewelry can be personalized with a name, date, or your personal message. During the checkout process you will find the NOTES box, just put the word ENGRAVE followed by the word, date or inscription you desire (up to 10 letters). 

 
Why Clarity Enhanced Diamonds

Most diamonds - even the most beautiful and brilliant - contain optical imperfections known as "feathers". This is a spot inside the diamond where light changes course and reflects in a different direction, causing a feathery dark spot. 

By injecting a microscopic amount of natural material into the feather, we eliminate the dark spot, causing the diamond to appear much cleaner. The material adds zero weight, and does not alter the integrity of the diamond in any way - it simply appears brighter and cleaner and is more beautiful. This allows you, the prudent purchaser, to aquire a fantastic looking diamond, comparable to a stone of much higher value, at a truly bargain price. 
 
  Remember: Clarity Enhanced Diamonds are 100% natural and come from the same diamond mines as all other diamonds.
  The diamond enhancement is not visible to the naked eye at all. Even trained jewelers would not be able to tell the difference, unless looking under an extremely powerful microscope.
  Because the diamond itself is not changed or altered at all, no additional care is required throughout the life of the stone. The enhancement does not deteriorate over time.
  Only direct `extreme` flame or corrosive acids can compromise the enhancement and if this rare event may ever happen we will clean the diamond free of charge.
